New Chapel Hill Restaurant Food Delivery Business Donates to UNC Lineberger

Scott Campbell, co-owner of Hector’s Restaurant, has opened a new way for people to have food from Chapel Hill restaurants delivered to their door: Scootfood

“Scooters are ecological,” he says, “and customers get their food quickly.”

 UNC Lineberger will receive 50 percent of all profits from the first six months of business. “I knew it was a great cause,” Scott explains. “I learned about the cancer center from an event held last year called Project Heel, sponsored by the UNC women’s soccer team to raise funds for UNC Lineberger. We think it’s a good way for us to contribute to this outstanding cancer center right here in Chapel Hill.”

Elias Clarke Campbell is the co-founder of the business and serves as its IT manager.
