Please join the UNC Cancer Network for an online telehealth lecture with Matthew Milowsky, MD. The Genitourinary Cancers Symposium co-sponsored by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO), and Society of Urologic Oncology (SUO) provides some of the latest findings in genitourinary cancers (including prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancers). This lecture will highlight some of the cutting-edge research findings presented at the 2018 meeting. Medical and Surgical Oncology lectures offer CNE, ASRT, and CME continuing education credit (upon approval) for eligible participants. We invite anyone interested to view our lectures. The inaugural North Carolina Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Oncology Symposium will bring together multidisciplinary providers from across the state who are interested in improving care for this patient population. With a focus on collaboration and education regarding the unique medical and psychosocial needs of AYAs in North Carolina, this knowledge-based symposium will feature a mix of didactic lectures, breakout sessions, and working groups. Participants will take away practical ideas to improve care for AYAs at their institution. Additionally, connections will be made that will foster future research and collaboration among North Carolina institutions.
