Join the Be Loud Sophie Foundation on Thursday, June 4th at The Barn at Fearrington Village for an incredible evening of food and music to benefit adolescent and young adult cancer patients and their families at UNC Hospitals! Entertainment will be provided by the one and only Red Clay Ramblers! Doors open at 5, dinner is served at 6, and the Ramblers will take the stage at 7:30! Our MC’s Eric Montross and Freddy Jenkins will keep festivities lively and there will be a live auction for some incredible experiences and prizes graciously donated by folks in our community.

Ask the Doctor is a national series of two-hour, topic-specific community based-programs that provide an update on lymphoma treatment by a medical doctor with an extensive question-and-answer session. The meeting will take place on Thursday, June 4 at the Courtyard Marriott in Chapel Hill. The program is offered free-of-charge to lymphoma patients and caregivers, however, pre-registration is required.

This conference is open to all health care professionals at all levels including patient navigators, oncology nurse navigators, community health workers, administrators, clinic nurses, social workers, case managers, care coordinators, chaplains, health educators, lay volunteer patient navigators and anyone who works with screening, prevention and the care of patients with cancer. There is a $10 registration fee. Lunch will be provided. Seating will be limited.
