In partnership with the Mountain Area Health Education Center, this all-day Continuing Medical Education Conference is provided through leadership of the course director Dr. Jared Weiss from the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. The event will focus on tissue acquisition, predictive markers and prognostic markers to improve cancer care for lung cancer, colon cancer, melanoma and leukemia/lymphoma. 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits are available for this educational activity.

Can't make the race? You can "Lounge for Lung Cancer" and support from your pajamas on Event Day! They will mail you your t-shirt within 2 weeks of the event. Lung cancer survivors run for free.
