Performances will include Southern Culture on the Skids, John Howie Jr. & The Rosewood Bluff, Dillon Fence, Preeesh! The Dozen Doughnut Dash is a 4-mile race starting where participants are challenged to 2.5 miles, eat a dozen doughnuts, and then complete another 1.5 miles! The race will take place on Saturday, September 5 beginning at the Old Well on the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill. Proceeds from the event benefit UNC Lineberger.s

The event, which benefits early-phase breast cancer research at UNC, Duke and Wake Forest Universities, raised a record $38,000 in 2014. Can't make the race? You can "Lounge for Lung Cancer" and support from your pajamas on Event Day! They will mail you your t-shirt within 2 weeks of the event. Lung cancer survivors run for free.
