Online telehealth lecture featuring Matthew Milowsky,MD. Recent therapeutic advances have led to a significant improvement in survival for men with advanced prostate cancer. This activity will review novel hormonal, bone targeted and immune-based therapies in the management of men with castration-resistant metastatic disease and a new role for docetaxel chemotherapy in patients with castration-sensitive metastatic disease. Med/Surg lectures offer ANCC, ASRT, and CME continuing education credit (upon approval) for eligible participants. Presented by the UNC Cancer Network.
