Please join the UNC Cancer Network for an online telehealth lecture with Claire Dees, MD. Dees will discuss treatments for metastatic breast cancer and advances in treatment that may lead to increases in overall survival and improvements in quality of life. It is estimated 155,000 women in the US are living with metastatic breast cancer. 40,000 women die from this disease each year. Clearly new approaches are needed. This lecture will take a look current treatments and discuss advances in treatment that may lead to increases in overall survival and improvements in quality of life.
