Mutant p53 – an Achilles heel in oesophageal adenocarcinoma

Dr. Clemons’ research focuses on defining functional drivers of oesophageal cancer progression and developing novel therapeutic strategies, including recent work targeting mutant p53. His work has been published in leading peerreview journals including Gastroenterology, Gut, JCI and PNAS and he is currently on the editorial boards for American Journal of Physiology and Scientific Report.
