Make an Appointment

To make an appointment patients should call Laura Lyndon at 919-966-9717 and identify themselves as a head and neck cancer patient.

They will be given a timely appointment to be seen by one of the Head and Neck Surgeons.

It is important that we obtain the patient's pertinent medical records before the patient’s appointment. These records include copies of any applicable X-rays, lab reports, and medical summaries, as well as the results of their most recent diagnostic tests. Also, if the patient have had surgery related to their head and neck cancer, a copy of the operative note should be included.

Please bring the following to your clinic appointment:

  • physician's name, address and phone number
  • patient identification card if you have been seen before at UNC
  • insurance card and any other related forms required by your insurance company
  • list of allergies and medications you are taking with the dosages
Location and Hours

The clinic is located on the ground floor of the Neurosciences Hospital. The Neurosciences Hospital is in the same complex as and one block east of the Main Hospital.

The Head and Neck Oncology clinic is held Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
