Dr. Bahjat Qaqish is the principal investigator of the Data Management Core of the Breast Cancer SPORE. In this role Dr. Qaqish continues to develop new statistical methods that are directly useful to Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center members. Dr. Qaqish's correlated data analysis methods and macros are being used in three NCI-funded studies: Prescribe for Health, NC-BCSP, and the Carolina Mammography Registry.
