Area of Interest
The focus of my laboratory is the development and application of computational methods for protein design. We are testing our software on a variety of design problems including the creation of novel protein-protein interactions and protein switches. In several cases, the proteins we are engineering will be useful for studying cancer and potentially treating cancer. Here, I briefly summarize four projects that we are working on that are relevant to cancer.
