UNC Lineberger Clinical Trial Featured in UNC TV Spot
Chapel Hill, NC - A clinical trial focused on how women metabolize
the anti-breast cancer drug Tamoxifen, is the subject of a UNC TV spot. The
study, led by UNC Lineberger members Dr. Lisa Carey, Dr. William Irvin and
Dr. Howard McLeod, looks at how women metabolize the drug differently based
on their individual gene expression profile and may help improve response to
