Latest in Treatment and Support Focus of Melanoma Patient Day

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - More than 50 patients attended the February 23 Melanoma Patient Day at the Friday Continuing Education Center.  Participants heard from melanoma experts on a number of topics, from indoor tanning to the latest clinical trials and treatments, and from experts in genetic testing and psychosocial support.

The event was sponsored by the Melanoma Research Foundation and the UNC School of Medicine.
