The Comprehensive Cancer Support Program (CCSP) honored the first anniversary of the dedication of the N.C. Cancer Hospital during the week of September 20-24, 2010.

With over 550 cups of soup served and over 150 breakfasts and cups of coffee consumed, Support Week provided nourishment for body and spirit. From meditation and massage to crafts and cooking, Support Week offered an array of revitalizing activities.

Homemade soup was delivered to patients and families each day during Support Week 2010. Doreen Stein-Seroussi held a lunchtime yoga session for cancer hospital staff, patients, and family members.
Chris Clark, RN, LBWT, a CCSP massage therapist, offered hand and foot massages to patients in the chemotherapy infusion area. Massage Therapist Howard Carter provided chair massages.
