Chase Jones pitches Basebald for the Cure to teams across the country

Chase Jones - a UNC-Chapel Hill graduate and brain cancer survivor who organized Basebald for the Cure in 2010 and 2011 to raise funds for the UNC Lineberger pediatric oncology program - was featured in Baseball America's January 12, 2012 blog post "BaseBald Program Grows Under Cancer Survivor Chase Jones."

The article talks about Jones' latest endeavor -  working full-time with the St. Baldrick's Foundation to expand the Basebald program. He is meeting with baseball programs across the country to find new recruits for the program and already has 10 schools who plan to participate in 2012.
