Dr. Mustoe’s research focuses on developing new chemical and bioinformatics technologies to study the structural dynamics of RNA molecules in living cells. By providing a high-resolution window into RNAs previously outside the limits of experimental characterization, these technologies will facilitate new understanding of how human mRNAs regulate gene expression and associated diseases.
