Anne Marie Meyer, PhD, has published a letter in the April 10 issue of Science Magazine commenting on the trend of anonymization in collecting sensitive health data and its effect on the study of fields such as medicine and public health. Meyer co-authored the letter alongside David Gotz, PhD, assistant director of the Carolina Health Informatics Program.
