UNC CCCSP Cancer Transitions Program

Cancer Transitions™ is a FREE workshop to help cancer survivors and their caregivers move forward with life after treatment ends. Expert speakers discuss nutritional wellness, activity, and exercise, coping with stress and medical management beyond treatment. Meet other survivors, get your questions answered and learn how to move forward and positively impact your life.  Free parking and healthy snacks will be available.
