Zeny's Garden

Zeny's Garden is an oncology community garden located at the SECU Family House in Chapel Hill. It was built by the Comprehensive Cancer Support team's 2 Registered Dietitians, Meredith Moyers and Jennifer Spring, as a tool to promote the plant based diet and cancer fighting foods. There is a monthly education series taking place at the SECU Family House that any of our cancer patients, Family House guests, and caregivers can attend. Also, anyone in this population is welcome to tend to the garden, freely harvest the produce to eat, or simply sit on the benches as a place of respite. Call 984-974-8232 for more information on how you can join in the gardening fun!
