Thoracic Oncology Program

The Thoracic Oncology Program brings leading-edge multidisciplinary and compassionate care to patients with thoracic malignancies.

Incorporating specialists from pulmonary medicine, surgery, medical and radiation oncology, thoracic radiology, pathology, and oncology nursing into a single patient care team, our team ensures that expertly developed care is individualized for each patient and delivered in a well-coordinated and caring manner.

Location and Hours

The Thoracic Oncology Clinic is held each Tuesday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. New patients are generally scheduled in the morning so that their cases can be discussed at the noon treatment planning conference.

The Thoracic Oncology Clinic is held on the second floor of the N.C. Cancer Hospital.
