Area of Interest

During the last decade, tremendous progress has been made in the development of novel molecular imaging probes and techniques for non-invasive detection of cancer and its metastasis at the earliest stage. Zibo Li, PhD, has been involved with and has had a keen interest in molecular imaging throughout his career. He has held various positions related to molecular imaging and already has made significant contributions to the field. He has successfully secured research grant from the American Cancer Society and NIBIB/NIH (R01). His research also involved the combinations of imaging technologies (called multimodality imaging), which may provide accurate anatomical and functional information simultaneously.
