Fifth Annual UNC Conference on Melanoma Held February 25
Dr. Nancy Thomas discusses new findings in melanoma diagnosis and treatment with a group of more than 75 patients who attended the patient-focused sessions of the Southeast Melanoma Symposium: From Science to Survivorship, held at the Friday Center on February 24.
Dr. David Ollila, one of the organizers of the Southeast Melanoma Symposium: From Science to Survivorship, introduces Dr. Dan Zedek, currently a dermatologic pathology fellow at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Zedek will be returning to Chapel Hill later this year to join the UNC faculty as director of dermatologic pathology.
