UNC Telehealth Lecture Video Library

The UNC Telemedicine Program offers continuing education lectures given by UNC Oncology faculty on evidence-based updates in oncology treatment and care for healthcare providers across North Carolina.

There are two monthly lecture series:

RN & Allied Health Lectures are always broadcast live on the second Wednesday of the month at noon. These lectures, delivered by UNC Health Care practitioners, cover best practices in nursing care and support services for cancer patients. Nurses and allied health professionals can watch these lectures live using telemedicine equipment or WebEx and earn Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) Credits and American Society of Radiation Technology (ASRT) credits. All live lectures are recorded and archived for viewing. Archived lectures do not qualify for continuing education credits.

Medical Lectures are broadcast live on the fourth Wednesday of the month at noon, except for the November Medical Lecture which is broadcast on the third Wednesday. There is no Medical Lecture in December. Medical Lectures cover best practices in diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The Medical Lectures, delivered by UNC Medical faculty, are open to physicians, nurses and allied health professionals who can watch these lectures live using telemedicine equipment or WebEx for continuing education credits from our partner practices across North Carolina. Physicians, Nurses and allied health professionals can earn Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits, Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credits and American Society of Radiation Technology (ASRT) credits. All live lectures are recorded and archived for viewing. Archived lectures do not qualify for continuing education credits.
