- UNC Softball - Ovarian Cancer Awareness Game
- Join us on a beautiful spring day to enjoy a double-header and fight ovarian cancer! The UNC softball team will be hosting an Ovarian Cancer Awareness event on Sunday, March 30. The event will coincide with a double-header against Florida State. The first pitch of the game will be thrown by ovarian cancer survivor and UNC softball alumna Jamie Shaver Mayberry.

The event will also feature a silent auction, which will include items such as a Coach Roy Williams-signed basketball and a Coach Donna Papa-signed softball helmet. Attendees will also be able to purchase merchandise such as dri-fit t-shirts and teal-themed eye black to commemorate the event. All proceeds will go to the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center in honor of ovarian cancer survivor and UNC softball alumna Jamie Shaver Mayberry.
