*SPIN (Surveillance of Pulmonary Indeterminate Nodule)
The SPIN clinic was created to evaluate and closely follow patients diagnosed with incidental pulmonary nodules for at least two years. The goal of the clinic is to avoid unnecessary biopsies and overscanning and to improve early detection of lung cancer. This program is not considered a screening program.
