DONNA CareLine
DONNA CareLine provides case management to patients diagnosed with breast cancer, focusing on care coordination, insurance navigation, and financial support. Case managers include professionals in nursing and social work.

For 3 Sisters
For 3 Sisters runs the Road to Resources program, which connects breast cancer patients and survivors to a wide range of resources including financial assistance, support groups, counseling, medical garments, and even veterinary care. Program availability depends on funding—check back regularly for updates.
Imerman Angels
Imerman Angels provides personalized, one-on-one support by matching individuals affected by cancer with “Mentor Angels”—volunteers who have shared similar experiences. This includes support for cancer fighters, survivors, previvors, and caregivers.
Living Beyond Breast Cancer – Helpline
Living Beyond Breast Cancer’s Helpline offers emotional support and referrals to resources including support groups, financial assistance, and wig services. Volunteers are trained to discuss concerns and provide a compassionate ear.
UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center – Comprehensive Cancer Support Program (CCSP)
The CCSP supports patients throughout treatment, recovery, and survivorship. UNC Lineberger is North Carolina’s only public National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center. The Patient and Family Resource Center (PFRC) offers services including financial aid referrals, a wig and head covering boutique, relaxation rooms, and connections to education and support resources. It is located on the ground floor of the N.C. Basnight Cancer Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.
