Scaling Colorectal Cancer Screening Through Outreach, Referral & Engagement (SCORE) aims to improve colorectal cancer
screening rates among North Carolina community health center patients using centralized mailed at-home stool tests, or FIT (fecal immunochemical) kits.

In partnership with the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, PharmFIT aims to pilot an intervention designed to increase colorectal cancer screening rates by distributing fecal immunochemical tests (also known as FIT kits) from pharmacies.

CRCConnex is partnership between UNC and the North Carolina Health Information Exchange (HIE) that seeks to demonstrate the feasibility and usefulness of a state-level registry of colorectal cancer (CRC) screening activity to improve delivery of CRC screening to community health center patients.
