Andrea Couch, MS, is a Clinical Trial Patient Navigator for the CREATE initiative at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. She works with patients to increase awareness of clinical trials.
Andrea has experience in clinical research sciences as a clinical research coordinator contributing to the management of clinical trials as well as a program coordinator and community engagement specialist focusing on health disparities in underserved communities in North Carolina.
Andrea has also worked as a licensed health care professional working with patients diagnosed with mental health and substance use disorders.
Andrea graduated from North Carolina Central University with her Clinical Research Science certification in addition to her MS in Human Development and Family Relations. She has completed coursework toward a Doctoral degree which she hopes to complete soon.
