Area of Interest

My research interest is in cancer immunology and therapeutics specifically related to clinical-grade mRNA vaccine development and clinical trial design.

I have developed in-vitro assays to test and quantify vaccine responses using primary human cells. I have also developed an efficient, reproducible, high-throughput pre-screening assay to help screen multiple lipid nanoparticle delivery systems and optimized mRNA payloads. These assays will allow various iterations of mRNA cancer antigen vaccines to be tested and hopefully transitioned to clinical trials.
