Area of Interest

Dr. Fahey is a medical oncologist who sees patients at UNC-Chapel Hill. She focuses on Genitourinary (GU) cancers, including prostate, kidney, bladder, and testicular cancer.

She is passionate about providing high quality evidence-based care as well as providing patients the opportunity to participate in clinical trials. She believes strongly in tailoring her care to the individual patients needs.

She is involved in clinical trial development, with a particular focus on developing trials for prostate cancer. Her research interests focus on understanding the side effects that occur when patients are treated with immunotherapy.
