Area of Interest

I am interested in the replication and pathogenesis of HIV. In particular, I am focused on understanding the nature of latent HIV reservoirs, and in developing new tools to reverse latency. Additionally, I have long standing interests in understanding the innate immune response to HIV and in using systems biology approaches to understand viral replication.
