Area of Interest
I am a physician-scientist triple board-certified in anatomic pathology, dermatopathology, and molecular genetic pathology. My doctoral research focused on improving our understanding of the features, drivers, and heterogeneity of melanoma brain metastases to improve our ability to treat this deadly disease complication.
My current research utilizes multi-omics data, bioinformatics, machine learning, and systems biology to deepen our understanding of general tumor biology and improve our ability to diagnose, prognosticate, and treat a range of malignancies.
