Area of Interest
Jonathan Sorah, MD, is a medical oncologist focusing on gastrointestinal cancers whose goal is delivering compassionate, thoughtful, and evidence-based care. He strives to be an advocate for his patients and considers it a great honor to walk alongside patients through their cancer journeys.
Within UNC Lineberger, he serves as the Oncology Inpatient Service Leader, actively recruits to clinical trials, and is also actively involved in medical education at all levels of training with a particular interest in fellow clinical excellence, inpatient Medical Oncology, patient-provider communication, and goals of care.
