Area of Interest

My area of interest centers on RNA regulation in hematologic malignancies, specifically acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes. I investigate how splicing factor mutations alter RNA processing and contribute to cancer progression, utilizing advanced genomic technologies like RNA sequencing and ribosome profiling.

By uncovering the mechanisms behind these mutations, I aim to identify novel therapeutic targets and develop immunotherapy strategies to improve patient outcomes in high-risk myeloid malignancies.
