Lisa received a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Clemson and a M.S. in Immunology at UGA in the laboratory of Dr. Rick Tarleton. There she studied CD8 T cell memory in the context of chronic infection caused by the protozoan parasite, Trypanosoma cruzi. In 2008 she joined the UNC Flow Cytometry Core Facility where she worked for six years specializing in biohazardous cell sorting. She returned to the bench in tumor immunology and currently serves as laboratory manager for the Vincent lab. Lisa coordinates ongoing projects and provides technical assistance and training for the group.
