Mary Lee is an experienced science writer, editor and consultant with a PhD in Cancer Biology (Stanford University). She has been helping UNC Lineberger members develop grant proposals since 2019. Her forte is scientific editing. Her objective: optimize storytelling and make a compelling case for funding to reviewers.
In addition to one-on-one grant development consultations, Mary Lee is available to conduct grant writing workshops, facilitate team brainstorming sessions, and help with scientific retreat planning.
