LECTURE DESCRIPTION
Many people believe that all stress is bad, but you may have heard that there’s “good stress” and “bad stress.” Did you know that bad stress can affect your immune system? This is your opportunity to learn about the effects of stress on your body and how you can manage it in a way that can be vital for a healthy life.
Learn more about our Community Lunch and Learn lectures HERE. These lectures are hosted at sites across our state. In the Chapel Hill area, the NC Cancer Hospital Patient and Family Resource Center and the Chapel Hill-Carrboro YMCA serve host sites. Interested participants are invited to contact Alan Brown in order to be connected to a site coordinator or click below to register to attend from your location using a computer, tablet, or mobile phone.
