Cultivating Mentors Workshop: Workshop One – Critical Feedback

In this workshop series, developed in partnership with UNC’s IMSD, participants will analyze a pair of complementary videos – realistic scenarios based on research and the real lived experiences of our colleagues here at UNC – and discuss strategic mentoring practices designed to establish and contribute to a culture in which all members thrive and next generation leaders are nurtured.
Workshop One – Critical Feedback will focus on giving and receiving critical feedback. Where does expertise lie? How do we handle the mistakes of others, or even our own?
