Cultivating Mentors Workshop: Workshop Two – Conflict Resolution

In this workshop series, developed in partnership with UNC’s IMSD, participants will analyze a pair of complementary videos – realistic scenarios based on research and the real lived experiences of our colleagues here at UNC – and discuss strategic mentoring practices designed to establish and contribute to a culture in which all members thrive and next generation leaders are nurtured.

Workshop Two – Conflict Resolution will focus on conflict resolution. How do we use our authority? What does silence actually say? When is it our responsibility to intervene, and how?
