MLK University/Community Memorial Banquet

The MLK University/Community Memorial Banquet will feature Elmira Mangum, PhD – the first woman to permanently hold the position of President of Florida A&M University in its 128-year history – delivering the keynote. She will be joined by NC Congressman David E. Price, Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger, Carrboro Mayor Damon Seils and Chapel Hill-Carrboro NAACP President Dawna Jones.
