Together We Thrive: A Community Health Gathering

Join us for a community gathering including:
- Free health screenings: blood pressure, glucose and HIV testing
- Expert discussions from community leaders, physicians and more
- Keynote speaker Phil Ford, retired NBA player and prostate cancer survivor
- Line dancing, music and more
Please register to attend. The first 100 registrants will receive free catered lunch.
This event will be held from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Word Tabernacle Church in Rocky Mount, NC.
This event is hosted by the CREATE Initiative, UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Project GRACE.
