Join the UNC BRIC Seminar Series for a brief introduction to the radio ligand therapy (RLT) landscape, highlighting its potential as an innovative emerging modality for the treatment of various cancers. Following this, Dr. Zecri will provide an overview of Mariana Oncology, detailing their journey from inception to acquisition by Novartis. The core of the presentation will focus on the discovery and pre-clinical characterization of their best-in-class Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) RLT for the treatment of small cell lung cancer (SCLC). This section will include an in-depth look at both in-vitro and in-vivo characterization, as well as bio-distribution and efficacy in SCLC models.
