Join our free exercise program that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance training.

In-person programming information:

  • Sessions last about one hour
  • Class sizes are limited to 8 participants
  • Hand washing or sanitizing is required prior to exercise
  • All equipment is sanitized between each participant
  • Onsite parking is free of charge with registered parking pass
