Join our free exercise program that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance training.
In-person programming information:
- Sessions last about one hour
- Class sizes are limited to 8 participants
- Hand washing or sanitizing is required prior to exercise
- All equipment is sanitized between each participant
- Onsite parking is free of charge with registered parking pass
