Join our free remote exercise program via Zoom that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training.

Virtual program information:

  • Sessions last about 30-40 minutes
  • Supplies needed for class:
    • Computer
    • Comfortable exercise attire
    • Closed-toe athletic shoes
    • Dumbbells
    • Resistance bands
    • Chair
    • Floor mat
    • Water
