Join our free remote exercise program via Zoom that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and balance training.
Virtual program information:
- Sessions last about 30-40 minutes
- Supplies needed for class:
- Computer
- Comfortable exercise attire
- Closed-toe athletic shoes
- Dumbbells
- Resistance bands
- Chair
- Floor mat
- Water
