Head and Neck Oncology Program
UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Head and Neck Oncology Program provides diagnosis of and care for head and neck cancers by offering therapeutic techniques for the treatment of all benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck in adult and pediatric patients.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care to head and neck cancer patients of North Carolina and beyond; excelling as a collaborative national center of excellence, which trains our future leaders and advances patient care through research & innovation.
Our team consists of surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, diagnostic and interventional radiologists, dentists, epidemiologists, prosthetic specialists, nutritionists, speech and swallowing specialists, nurses and social workers. Our team of specialists brings expertise and understanding to these complex cancers where vital life functions may be affected.

Location and Hours
The Head and Neck Oncology clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the Cancer Hospital.
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
