The Hoosier Cancer Research Network will recognize Tony Drier from UNC Lineberger’s Office of Clinical Translational Research for his contributions to advancing cancer research.
Tony Drier, who coordinates genitourinary cancer studies in UNC Lineberger’s Office of Clinical Translational Research, has been awarded the 2018 Sandra Turner Excellence in Clinical Research Award by the Hoosier Cancer Research Network. An independent nonprofit contract research organization, the Hoosier Cancer Research Network specializes in early phase, multi-center, investigator-initiated oncology clinical trials and has a nationwide network of more than 300 academic and community sites, including UNC Lineberger. Drier be honored at a dinner in Indianapolis on Nov. 29, during which he’ll be receive a $3,000 educational award.
