Human Immune Cell Cytometric Immunophenotyping

Immune cell phenotypes are determined by labeling with panels of fluorophore- or nanoparticle-conjugated antibodies and subsequent analysis by fluorescence flow cytometry or time of flight mass cytometry. Panel compositions are subject to change without notice.  Representative validated panels are listed below but can be customized by consulting IMGF.
