Skilled instructors help you manage stress and anxiety though techniques such as guided imagery, relaxation, and mindfulness meditation.

Mindful moments uses these techniques, delivered in brief, remote sessions, in a one-on-one setting to help you learn new ways to manage stress and slow down.

This program is offered to anyone being treated or who has been treated at the N.C. Basnight Cancer Hospital, and their caregivers.
